Deputies respond to an armed robbery incident at Niko’s Gyro’s and Wings

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – This morning, just before 3:00 a.m., deputies responded to an armed robbery of Niko’s Gyro’s and Wings at 1729 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley.  

The news release stated that two masked males, armed with handguns, entered through the rear door and robbed a victim.

The suspects fled on foot towards Wappoo Road, according to Public Information Officer Roger Antonio. Officials stated that there is no further suspect description available at this time.  

Detectives are investigating the incident.
