PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC (WCBD) – Georgetown County Sheriff Lane Cribb says he will begin the legal steps necessary to close an establishment at 915 Petigru Road in the Pawleys Island area where three people have been shot to death in the past eight months.
“This behavior is not representative of the Pawleys Island community,” Sheriff Cribb said. “They deserve better, and I will do everything in my power to make sure this location and every other one like it will cease to exist. We will use any legal authority we deem appropriate to make this happen.”
Two people died and a third was seriously wounded by gunfire at the Petigru Road nightclub, also known as TC’s Lounge, early Friday, March 29, 2019. Another man was shot to death at the club July 24, 2018.
Deputies are seeking Jarvis Trymaine Jamison, 30, a black male, 6’2”, 185 pounds, on charges of Murder and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime following that shooting last month.
