Deputies searching for suspects, stolen truck out of North Charleston

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Dorchester County deputies are searching for suspects who stole box truck in North Charleston.

According to Sgt. Rick Carson, the truck was first stolen from 7362 Old Hertz Road and was last seen at a BP gas station on Ladson Road and Dorchester Road around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The suspects were seen on video in an orange and white 2000 Ford box truck with the license plate 9404LY.

The victim said the truck has a broken brake light that is not working.

Sgt. Carson said it is possible the vehicle has been painted since it was last seen.
