DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – On Tuesday at approximately 1:45 P.M., Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office deputies received calls regarding a burglary involving a suspicious red truck in the area of Seven Acres Road. St. George SC.
Two suspects in a red truck at some point fired a hand gun at a witness who was following them after the burglary, according to spokesman Tony Phinney.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 Block of Highway 15 South on a red truck, Phinney added. One of the suspects fled from the traffic stop, and the stolen items were located in the truck while the other suspect was detained.
One suspect is still at large and described as an African-American male, 6’0, long hair, dark pants.
