Dorchester County News

DORCHESTER, S.C. (WCBD) – Dorchester School District Two (DD2) officials on Wednesday announced that students at Fort Dorchester High School can return to in-person learning after an electrical issue caused a week-long school closure.

Students will return Thursday now that the school has completed “major repairs” and conducted final tests on the electrical system.

The virtual learning period began last Wednesday and was only expected to last one or two days.
