GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCBD) – Coast Guard crews in Georgetown and Charleston confirmed they are aware of an overturned sailboat off Morgan Park at East Bay Street in Georgetown.
Reports say three occupants are on board and may be drifting out into Winyah Bay.
