CHARLESTON, SC (WCBD) – A number of roadways are expected to close Wednesday morning due to coastal flooding impacts.
The City of Charleston on Tuesday issued a traffic advisory for the coastal areas due to the potential for closed roads and a hectic morning commute.
In fact, we could see up to two feet of standing water in some areas, especially areas known to flood.
The National Weather Service issued the advisory between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. due to a combination of high tides and heavy winds.
