Man wanted for questioning in case of transaction card fraud

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCBD) – Deputies in Georgetown County are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning in a case of transaction card fraud.

They say a Conway woman’s Kraft Credit Union debit card was stolen and used at the Speedway convenience store located at 3400 S. Frasier Street in Georgetown.

The card was used to make a purchase totaling $53.49 on January 24th.

Images of the suspect show him wearing a black hoodie inside the store and a dark-colored SUV in the parking lot.

Anyone with information about the man in the photos or the theft of the card is asked to call the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at 843-546-5102.
