MURRELLS INLET, SC (WBTW) – Bond has been set for a Murrells Inlet man facing child porn charges.

Jason Michael Holsinger, 36, appeared in court on Wednesday for three charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree.

Holsinger distributed child porn on his computer, according to the arrest warrant. Investigators said Holsinger used a file sharing network.

Child pornography was still being download/uploaded a day prior to the arrest, investigators said, and more charges are expected.

The judge set Holsinger’s bond at $15,000 total or $5,000 on each charge.

Holsinger was booked in the J Reuben Long Detention Center on Wednesday.
