NCPD: Man dead after shooting on Tulip Street; bullet blasts through apartment wall

Shortly before 3:00pm on Monday, February 4th, North Charleston officers were called to 3336 Tulip Street after a bullet came through a homeowners wall from a nearby apartment.  

Once on scene, officers looked inside the apartment and saw shell casings and blood on the floor.

While clearing the apartment, officers found an adult male on the floor in the back bedroom with a gunshot wound. EMS crews responded. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.  
North Charleston police are still investigation, the victims identity has not been released.
