News 2 Midday: Charleston Walk to End Alzheimer’s moves date to this Sunday

MT. PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Hurricane Florence caused an annual walk to move it’s date.

The 2018 Walk to End Alzheimer’s is set for Sunday, October 14th in North Charleston. Registration is at 2 p.m. and the race starts at 3 p.m.

Over 1,500 people have registered and more than $313,000 has been raised.

Ashton Houghton sat down with News 2’s Laura Smith to explain event details.
