NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is investigating a Friday afternoon shooting in Dorchester Village.

Authorities said officers responded to a home on Leslie Street to reports of shots being fired.

According to NCPD, two people were shot and killed. A third person was also shot and taken to the hospital with injuries. The third victim’s condition is not known at this time.

No arrests have been made.

People are asked to avoid the area.
