Police: Charleston restaurant owner charged for indecent exposure

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department arrested a restaurant owner who is accused of exposing himself to victims that where having a photo shoot, according to the incident report.

Spokesman Charles Francis stated today that Michael Charles Ray surrendered to police at 2:30 p.m. and is charged with indecent exposure.

Michael Ray is the owner of Normandy Farms Bakery.

The incident report states that the woman along with friends were participating in a photo shoot at 1 Broad Street, Ray entered the room and exposed himself.

One of the victims stated that when Ray entered the room, positioned himself between her and the friends and dropped his pants around his ankles exposing himself to everyone, according to the report.
