Police searching for suspect involved in Downtown Charleston theft incident

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department is asking for the public’s help on identifying an individual in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle incident that occurred on October 7, 2018 in the 100 block of Smith Street. 

The suspect is a male, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light washed jean shorts, and white sneakers, according to Charles Francis with the Charleston Police Deparment.
