Police: Victim hospitalized following overnight shooting incident

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Detectives with the Charleston Police Department responded to a shooting that occurred within the 1300 block of Kruger Avenue on Monday night, according to Public Information Officer Charles Francis.

Dispatch received the initial call at 6:17 p.m., and that an adult male has been taken to MUSC, Francis stated.

Detectives are gathering  information to determine a motive and identify any suspect/suspects.
