CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Ronald McDonald House of Charleston is receiving a fresh coat of paint in preparation for National Painting Week.
Employees from Sherwin-Williams donated 35 gallons of pain to spruce up the common area, hallways, ceilings, and eight bathrooms.
“I think anyone is excited when they come back and see something new and fresh,” said Rachel Morris, director of marketing with the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston. “So, our families, with everything that they have going on at the hospital, it just adds a nice touch and relaxation to come back and know that something has been done and done for them.”
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston serves more than 4,000 people a year.
