SC inmate apparently left to die

New video obtained by the NBC news investigations team shows video of an inmate at the Turbeville Correctional institute in Clarendon county, apparently left to die.

According to a prison incident report, inmate Allen capers was stabbed by two fellow inmates during a fight in 2017. He was left alone for a half hour outside the prison, but in full view of guards and bled to death.

Debra Capers Dickson, Capers Mother, is fighting for justice for his son. “I don’t want another mother to go through this don’t wait til it happen to another inmate, don’t wait until another mother is sitting in this chair.”
