CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department is responding to a crash that happened in downtown Charleston on Tuesday morning.
The collision prompted King Street to be shut between Poplar and Cypress Streets.
Police said the minor collision stemmed from what appears to have been a medical event.
King Street has since reopened.
