Suspect to face charges following armed robbery incident at Mt. Pleasant Harris Teeter

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – The Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin J. Peurifoy, of Simpsonville on November 5th, for multiple incidents within their jurisdiction, according to Public Information Officer Chip Googe.

Investigators with the Mount Pleasant Police Department were contacted and worked with the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office to identify Peurifoy as the person responsible for the armed robbery at Harris Teeter on November 4.

Investigators have active warrants for Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime for Peurifoy, Googe stated.
