  • The Citadel is speaking out after the discover of pictures of cadets in blackface in old yearbooks. The military college says the picture of a cadet in blackface will be used as a teaching tool to show that behavior will not be tolerated at the Citadel. 
  • SCE&G customers can expect lower bills this month. State lawmakers voted to temporarily lower rates 15% last year. This is instead of the $1,000 refund Dominion Energy promised ratepayers in the aftermath of the nuclear project. 
  • Felony looting could soon be a 1st degree burglary charge here in South Carolina. A bill introduced would change that. Right now, there is no minimum sentence looting. 
  • A construction license pullled for the Mox Project at the Savannah River Site.
