Fund announced to assist family of Hania Aguilar

LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – The Public Schools of Robeson County has announced a way for people to financially support the family of Hania Aguilar, the 13-year-old girl kidnapped and later found dead in Robeson County.

An account has been established for people to donate to her family.

Investigators with the Lumberton Police Department and the FBI say that a man kidnapped Hania Aguilar from the Rosewood Mobile Home Park on Elizabethtown Rd. in Lumberton on Nov. 5. Investigators found her body off Wire Grass Rd. on Tuesday, Nov. 27.

The FBI and Lumberton Police still ask for information to help them find Hania’s kidnapper and killer. So far no arrest has been made in the case, and no suspect has been named.
