Recall issued for Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleepers after infant deaths reported

(WSPA) – Following the initial warning about the Fisher-Price Rock ‘n Play Sleepers after infant deaths were reported, the company has now issued a recall.

According to a news release from the Consumer Product Safety Commission, consumers should stop using the Rock ‘n Play Sleeps immediately and can contact Fisher-Price for a refund or a voucher.

Since 2009, over 30 infant deaths have reportedly occurred in the sleepers. 

According to the release, the infants rolled over from their back to their stomach while unrestrained or under other circumstances.
