Atlanta holds 49th annual Pride Festival

ATLANTA, G.A. (WCBD) – The 49th annual Pride Festival was held in Atlanta concluding the weekend-long festival celebrating Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community.

Tens of thousands of people gathered for the southeast’s largest pride parade.

The Atlanta Pride Committee is Georgia’s oldest non-profit agency serving the LGBTQ+ community.

It also serves as an advocate of gender and sexually diverse communities in Atlanta and the Southeastern United States.
