Police in North Carolina are looking for the people responsible for placing razor blades under the handles of shopping carts at a Walmart, injuring at least one person.

The razor blades were found Sunday under the right hand side of several shopping cart handles. Police say the razor blades could have been part of a plan to shoplift. Police are asking residents to be cautious at all stores.
