SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Parents are constantly on the move, whether they’re at work, or spending time with the kids at home.

If you’re a mom or dad, you’re probably in need of some “me time.”

A study based on the busy lives of parents shows exactly how busy they are. After work and kids, parents only have about 32 minutes of “me time” every day.

You may try to hide and gain an extra minute too.

Busy parents admit that after a long day, that 30 minutes of “me time” is actually translates to 30 minutes of sleep.
