A North Charleston man was killed after a four car accident shut down I-526 Saturday night.
The North Charleston Police Department says the accident happened about 10:45 p.m., shutting down the westbound lanes near the International Boulevard exit for hours.
The Charleston County Coroner’s office says Rollins Wright, 59, of North Charleston, was pronounced dead on the scene. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
The North Charleston Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
