Parts of US 78 now open after overturned dump truck caused traffic issues

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A section of US 78 closed due to an overturned dump truck is now open.

According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, US 78 was closed near Water Wheel Drive. Traffic was being rerouted at one time.
