Police investigate North Charleston shooting incident

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCBD) — North Charleston Police responded to a shooting outside a convenience shop Friday evening.

Authorities say around 9:30 p.m., officers reported to an incident at Kelly’s Quick Shop near Rivers and Cosgrove Avenues.

Police say two people were shot; one in the calf, and one in the hip. They were taken to the hospital for treatment, but no word on their condition.

No word on a search for suspects.
