Two Mount Pleasant establishments get their grades back where they want them after a follow-up inspections from the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). Square Onion, and Vintage are back in the “A” grade again.

This week DHEC posted a “B” for Tommy Condon’s in Downtown Charleston.

The inspection report flagged cooling equipment issues that kept some of the food warmer than it should be.

The restaurant has to fix the issues before a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days or they could be downgraded again.

The Charleston Harbor Fish House also gets a “B” this week.

Inspectors noted a consecutive violation for holding temperatures of food. Small black flies in the bar area also contributed to the grade, as did another consecutive violation for uncovered food in the walk-in coolers.

Managers requested an early follow up for September 4th, but so far that report has not been posted.
