Goose Creek, S.C (WCBD)- The Lowcountry continues to mourn the deaths of the 5 officers shot and killed in Dallas this past week. On Sunday, July 10, Senior Pastor Dr. Dexter Easley of New Life Christian Fellowship Church will beholding a Prayer Vigil for Dallas.
Several area Pastors and state leaders will be at the vigil to stand in solidarity and pray. The state leaders who are said to both attend and speak at the event include, Senator Tim Scott and Representative Samuel Rivers. Also speaking Sunday night will be Deputy Sheriff Duane Lewis, who was shot last year.
The vigil begins at 6:00pm and will take place at the New Life Christian Fellowship Church which is located at 358 Liberty Hall Rd., Goose Creek, S.C. 29445. Everyone is welcome to attend.
