(WCBD) — On Wednesday morning, Merriam-Webster dictionary posted a tweet about how it’s acceptable to use the word “mad” to mean “angry.”

Garbiel Roth, a senior editor at Slate responded by critiquing  Merriam-Webster, comparing it to chill parents who let their kids do anything.

It wasn’t long before Merriam-Webster responded back and threw some shade, saying “No one cares how you feel.”


Drake is making headlines after his tour bus was burglarized at his concert in Phoenix on Tuesday night. Police say about $3M worth of jewelry was stolen.

The thief was later arrested and Drake’s items were returned.


Apple hosted their big event in San Francisco on Wednesday, where they unveiled the iPhone 7 among other gadgets.

To kick things off, Apple CEO Tim Cook took a ride with Late Late Show Host James Corden for Carpool Karaoke.
