World’s largest oyster festival at Boone Hall Plantation

MT. PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD)- The 35th annual Lowcountry Oyster Festival is the world’s largest, and will feature over 80,000 pounds of oysters! In addition to chowing down on oysters, there will be oyster shucking and oyster eating competitions, live chef demos, live music, and a children’s area.

Check it out on Sunday, January 28th from 10 AM- 5 PM at Boone Hall Plantation (1235 Longpoint Road). Tickets are $17.50 in advance here or $25 the day of the event.
