Officer seizes weapons, narcotics, and money during traffic stop in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man was charged following a traffic stop in Charleston this weekend.

Officers with the Charleston Police Department made a traffic stop on Wappoo Road.

During the stop, they seized a handgun, 50 round drum magazine, narcotics and an undisclosed amount of money.

The offender is being charged with unlawful carry of a pistol and narcotic charges.
