Free housing with Airbnb for those evacuating from Hurricane Florence

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Airbnb is asking hosts to open up their homes for free to people that are evacuating from the Hurricane Florence to help relief workers who have to be stationed in the area.

Coordinating for free housing is being set up through the company in the following states of Maryland, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.

For those who are interested in finding housing should go to the official Airbnb website, create an account, and then click “Find shelter” on the disaster response page.
